Ht. 5'6", Start: 170 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 130 lb - When I was 14 i was around 170lbs, and always hated it. After awhile, I am not sure what got me motivated, but I started running and totally changed my diet, and I got down to around 135 the summer before my freshman year of high school. Since then I have gained a little back, but I still am in pretty good shape overall and not overweight. However I really wanna get down to 130/125lbs because my first prom is in May, and I have a family reunion at a beach and want to look good in a new swim suite. I have a Golds Gym membership and I was just looking for some tips on what machines you guys think are good for toning legs, thights, love handles.. whatever! And what foods I should cut to help make toning easier. Thanks guys you are all amazing!
