Message Replying To From Kat, Age 16 Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 149 lb, Goal: 134 lb - First week on weight watchers and i have lost 1.5 pounds. can anyont tell me what i can do to lose more. so far i workout 5 times a week for 30min then i have pe 2 to 3 times a week for about an hour and im keeping to my points and i have not gone over, what can i do? |
