Ht. 5'5", Start: 230 lb, Today: 221 lb, Goal: 130 lb - So yesterday was a bad day. it was my birthday so we went out to eat. i ate so bad. i do need some tips on getting on track and losing fat. i wanna be at least 175 by may. or close too it. is that a goal that could be accomplished? i just need tips on losing weight quickly but healthy and keep it off.
