Message Replying To From Melissa, Age 15 Ht. 5'7", Start: 167 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Hi. I posted a few days ago about inspirations and all, but I wanted to know what kind of workouts you all do, because apparently I'm doing the wrong ones. It's all hardcore "billy blanks boot camp", and I think it's actually making me gain muscle instead of losing weight, even though I sweat A LOT. I don't want to look like a guy, so I don't want to gain muscle at all. I just want to be thin. But anyways, I've been working out everyday for a week and haven't lost anything yet. :( Help me? |
