Ht. 5'5", Start: 230 lb, Today: 218 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Ive lost 1 pound. not as much as i want. could someone help and recommend some tips on losing more? if you could that would be great. im concentrating on being healthy. i want to be down to my goal weight by then end of the year. anything will help. what to eat, how many miles to do a day. im just having some trouble. thanks. and GOOD LUCK!!
