Ht. 5'4", Start: 390 lb, Today: 370 lb, Goal: 167 lb - Wackie ok soo latley Ive been eating breakfast and dinner in reverse soit sbeen dinner for breackfast and nothing for dinner but like a snack cuz ya know Ive been tryin to eat like one meal a day but I still havent got a round to excercising which I know is a big no no I know but I thivk I seen weight lose in my stomache area however my stomach is looking more droopy I guess its from not excercising my mom says that it just needs to be toned up is she right how important is toning anyway?.. god bless ^_^!
