Ht. 5'7", Start: 181 lb, Today: 172 lb, Goal: 145 lb - So today was hectic skipped breakfast (opps) for lunch i had a sub with ham lettuce pepperoni turkey on it(1:01). I had a peanut butter sandwich at 4:45. I went to drivers ed. Came home at 10:00 and had a bowl of pasta and now I'm doing h.w. I dont have time tonight to exercise its 11:45 so I kinda cant right now. How was my eating though do you guys think?
