Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Just walked/jogged 2 miles and then I'll do 2 more at night. I love having the treadmill in my room, I feel so much more motivated :) ....also just had lunch, brown rice and some chicken on top sprinkled with hot peppers(great cal burners!) with a big bottle of water. Hope you all are doing good, best of luck!
