Ht. 5'3", Start: 185 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Ugh guys, it's SO hard for me to exercise! Everyday I tell myself I will, but then something comes up and I don't have time. Like tonight, I didn't know there was going to be a basketball game, and I go to all of them, so I couldn't skip it. So I planned to do my homework before I went, and when I came back, I would exercise. But when I got home, it was about 8:20 and I STILL had homework. So I had no time :/ I guess what I'm trying to ask is how do you guys fit exercise into your schedule?! Thanks.
