Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 225 lb, Goal: 180 lb - hey everyone (to bianca and amanda thank you so much)well today i felt really ba because everyone latley has bine telling me how much weight i've lost and it makes me feel good because i know my eating has bine horrible it makes me want to get on track but when my mom says that i ahevn't lost anything than it makes me feel bad it's like nothing that i do is good enough and it makes me even cry because no matter how much i try i always mess up my diet but i'm going to try it for the last time i'm going to eat 1500 calories a day and go to the gym 4 times a week and workout in my house for 2 times a week just because i like doing different things and i get alot more tired at the gym well wish me luck everyone and do u guys think my plan is good?
