Ht. 5'5", Start: 160 lb, Today: 156 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey everyone. I am getting really depressed about my weigh: im in this club kind of thing and I'm making a pair of gouchoes (sorry about the spelling) and I just measured myself. It says that I am like four sized larger than I am. So for the past few days I havn't eaten hardly anything. I am so sick of my body. Does any one know any effective ways to lose around your thighs and get rid of the little roll kid of things you get around your hips on your back?
