Ht. 5'9", Start: 204 lb, Today: 204 lb, Goal: 135 lb - ok today ive eaten B-oatmeal- 150 cal skim milk 1 cup 80 cal apricots 6 75 cal banana 1 medium 105 cal S-oatmeal bar 140 cal L-baked potato 7 oz 180 cal ham 2oz 60 cal skim milk 1 cup 90 cal green beans 1/2 cup 45 cal S-lean pocket 1 250 cal snack size peach fruit cup 70 cal 1,245 total 555 cal left i eat 1800 a day i use alli and the book tells me for that weight to eat that much for my body weight its 500 cal left than what i need to maintain my body weight and im goin to start walking 30 min on the treadmill to burn 250 cal or an hour for 500 cal idk haven't decided yet im lookin to lose 2-3 times a week... sound good
