Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 225 lb, Goal: 180 lb - hey guys so yesterday i started and it wasn't the best day i didn't go to the gym but i did workout for 30 mins the food was something else i really messed up but today has bine alot better so far i've only eatin 915 calories i ahven't workedout yet but i will later on tommorw i wont be able to go to the gym because i'm going to a trip and coming home late but i will workout so how do u guys think i've done and by the way yesterday's food was so bad i think i had about 2000 calories hopefully it wasn't that bad but when i mess up i mess up so anyway good luck guys
