Ht. 5'4", Start: 250 lb, Today: 249 lb, Goal: 165 lb - okay, so here's what has been going on with me lately: yesterday, monday, will have been my 2 week mark for my diet. i had weighed myself the monday before yesterday, and i had lost four pounds, but in the next week, i gained it all back. i did extremely bad for that week, but anyways, i just ate a bunch of chinese food today, BUT its not that bad because i have a bike where it like doesnt move, its one of those standing ones, and i burned 300 calories, and i did 6 miles! :) i am very excited, because hopefully since i exersized, that chinese wont really affect my weight that much. also, i have one of those bikes where it like moves the arms like it has a thing that youre supposed to put your arms on and it moves them, but i dont like putting them on that thing, instead i do arm rotators... is that okay??? because my aunt says you should put your arm on there but i dont think i have to because i do arm rotators.. well anyways, i just put that i am 15 years old, because i will be in a week from today! i am having my aunt bake me a cake for my birthday, which might be a little bad for my diet, BUT it is my birthday, sooo.. im gunna splurge. . . then we might go to chili's.. but after that i am going to do a ton of excersizing... i am so sick of being fat!!!!!! no more! i am way determined. wow, i guess thats what excersizing does to you?? :) haha. tips or anything are really appreciated.. heckk i might even excersize some more! ahaha :) bye.<3 good luck on your diets/lifestyle changes!!!
