Ht. 5'6", Start: 185 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Hey guys, sorry i keep disappearing. i've actually done pretty good today, well at least i think so. Breakfast: whole whear english muffin with low faw/cal strawberry jam and a glass of orange juice, lunch michilenas macaroni and cheese,(its the lifestyle one so its a bit smaller with less calories, but i only ate about half of it cause part of it was freezer burnt), 2 100 calorie packs and water with crystal light, and for snack, i had another english muffin with jam (same as breakfast) and supper im planning on having fish, its like 100 cals for each fillet. and im going to try and go on our exersize bike for half an hour maybe an hour. what do you guys think?
