Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 228 lb, Goal: 180 lb - hey guys even though i ate out yesterday it was good and at the end of the day i pushed myself to workout so i did a workout from the biggest loser book for 30 mins and danced for 20 today has gone really good had a little twix but only 1 because i just couldn't stand it i gave up meat but it's workoing out good idk what to have for dinner can ya give me ideas about healthy dinner choises??
