Ht. 5'4", Start: 251 lb, Today: 250 lb, Goal: 239 lb - Okay, so I haven't been doing too good lately. One thing I have realised, is that food isn't everything. I ate at Denny's today with my dad, because it is almost my birthday, and I totally felt gross after eating it. It was just like, wow okay that was 30 minutes of eating, so was it worth it? Was it worth it to get all that junk into my body for 30 minutes and be fat? Well, the truth is no. It really wasn't worth it at all. I want to be healthy, and I wan't other people to think of me as pretty and to be proud of me. I am so sick of being fat. Well anyways, my goal for the next 2 weeks, starting tomorrow, is to lose 11 pounds. I really want to be in the 230's in 2 weeks. That is my short term goal for now, then I'll go from there. I am going to weigh again in 2 weeks, and I will keep posting here probably every couple days just to say how I am doing. Tips would be nice! <3
