Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 170 lb - so today i think i did pretty good. i had an egg white omelet, two chicken breasts and a yogurt, and now im having vegetable soup. only about 625 calories so far, i think ill have a little something else after this. i know its not a lot of calories but i must have had over 3000 yesterday. (chinese buffet.. plus chips, pop etc.) so it evens out
