Message Replying To From Tina, Age 16 Ht. 5'5", Start: 208 lb, Today: 193 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Its nearly impossible to eat healthy in my school or bring a healthy lunch so I was thinking. If I eat a healthy breakfast around 6:30 A.M then while in school have something to eat around 10:30 A.M it could be a salad, italian sub or just something from the vending machine. Then at 2:30 P.M when I get home have a healthy lunch? BTW im starting a food journal tomorrow studies show people lose more weight when they keep one. |
