Ht. 5'5", Start: 160 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 130 lb - okay I am doing good so far. I have gotten really depressed about my size lately, but mainly about certain parts of my body (double chin, hips, etc) but I have been cutting down on my food majorly. I try not to snack any more. And when I do it is only a bananna or something like that. Are bananna's good choise when losing weight? I ask that because I eat like five in like two-three days since it is a low fat/calorie kind of thing.
