Ht. 5'3", Start: 146 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 112 lb - ok.. according to this one website.. i have to eat like 1,200 calories a day to lose 1-2 pounds a week, well.. besides exercise lol, nyways.. i think i can do it. i have to have the right mindset though. i've been going to curves lately (2-3 times a week, i plan to go more now.) and i'm in basketball ( not really intense.. last year it was more but this year.. we dont have a great coach lol) i need to eat healthier though. i just gotta think on like "would i rather have this *brownie fer an example* & have the extra calories orrr.. be on my way to a healthier life style. i think you just have to limit yourself for food..in moderation. what else can i do to lose weight faster and more efficiently? any food ideas ? im going to florida like in May..
