If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Amanda, Age 14 Ht. 5'5", Start: 160 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I not doing so great. My problem is that if I start munching on something like chips or dessert, or anything for that matter, then it becomes way hard to stop. So I just don't eat at all because it is easyer. It is two and all i've eaten today was a Power Bar (290 cal.) five minutes ago and I not feel like I shouldn't have eaten it. |
