Message Replying To From *Sarah*, Age 15 Ht. 5'5", Start: 151 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Don't really pay attention to my weights. They're not exact cause i dont have a scale at home. So, do you think this is a reasonable goal: lose 2 jeans sizes by june? then hopefully i can wear a bikini! the hardest thing for me is finding time/motivation to exercise! Any tips with that? i have musical rehearsals twice a week, a tennis lesson once a week, interact club meetings every other week or so, and insane amounts of homework cause im in the scholars classes. It is so freaking cold outside so im not really up for jogging/walking etc. And my house is unusual and everythings on the 2nd floor (theres a family office on the 1st floor) so i cant be active inside cause the whole house shakes, if that makes sense. I feel like if i get a gym membership it wouldnt be worth it because i would probably only find time to go once a week. i really really want a treadmill but my parents wont get one. :( |
