Ht. 5'3", Start: 175 lb, Today: 166 lb, Goal: 132 lb - ok so Im SOOOO excited you guys this time I have been doing really well I have ran for an hour everyday this week except tuesday ( I wasnt having a very good day)but I went to the gym one of those days and by the way I hate electric scales cause they all say different things but the scale at the gym the one that you have to like slide it said I weighed 166 pounds I was SOO excited because I thought I weighed 180 and if I did then I lost 14 pounds :) I am going to keep it up next week im trying out for tennis and Im going to start running when I wake up and when I get home from school I dont know what it is you guys but once you start running everyday your body gets used to it and now I kinda cant go a day without doing it and I love it the only thing is the little pudge at the bottom of my belly its driving me NUTS anyone know any good excercises besides crunches that might help me out thanks guys and you all can do it GOOD LUCK!! <3
