Ht. 5'5", Start: 230 lb, Today: 210 lb, Goal: 130 lb - OMG...Today I did really bad. I pretty much pigged out today. I cant believe it. Ive been trying sooo hard. Then tonight I got on the treadmill for 35 minutes and went 2 miles and burned 250 calories. I was sweating A LOT! lol. I hope that the days bring better luck for me. I would also like some tips or things to do so that I can lose about 20-30 pounds by the beginning of June. December I have to be down to my goal weight for another trip and a wedding I have to go to. If you have any new tips or anything PLEASE let me know. I need to lose this weight. My family has a history of diabetes and I really dont want that. THANKS GOOD LUCK!! =)
