Ht. 5'5", Start: 215 lb, Today: 215 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Okay, March 6 is my start day. Really I dont have a goal weight more of a goal size Arms:14.5 -7 Bust:42 -36 Waist:38.5 -24 Hips:50.5 -36 Thighs:30 -16 Calves:17 -7 Does anyone know how long this will take if im eating 1,000 calories a day, and work out 2 hours 5 days a week? Do you think its possible to get to this size by mid July?
