Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 160 lb - k so for some reason this week i got down to 178, and without changing anything, im back up to 180. i think it might be because ive been really busy and havent been eating much. i notice when i dont eat much my body refuses to lose weight and holds onto water and stuff. plus i havent been drinking much either oh well, at least im down to 180. i decided to lower my goal weight to 160 because 170 seems too high still. anyways good luck guys!
