Ht. 5'5", Start: 230 lb, Today: 209 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Ok...so im having some problems eating right. I go to curves 3 times a week. and its supposed to burn 500 calories per workout. and after curves i usually come home and run/walk a mile on the treadmill. Is that enough excercise? I think that i might start excercising in the morning and at night. what do you guys think? tips and suggestions are welcome. Im also going to start having a smoothie for breakfast. GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!
