Ht. 5'6", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 145 lb - well i used to be about 145. I looked normal, not fat or skinny and I was very happy with it. After the doctor put me on birth control, I slowly climbed to 170. I need a way to go back but I don't know where to start. Is a yogurt good enough for breakfast, or do I need more? Please give me tips. My goal is to go back to 145 by July. That means I have 4 months. Thanks for your help ! = )
