Ht. 5'5", Start: 160 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I can't believe it! I have found that if you drink alot of spring water then your body's metabolism starts working better! I have been in the situation where I've had to eat alot of junk kind of food, but I have been drinking a whole lot of bottled water and whatdaya know? I've lost a little bit of weight? Does any one know why that happens?
