Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 160 lb - wow i succk lol lastnight i ate so much, i woke up with a food hangover. if any of you have had one, you know what i'm talking about. you wake up with a headache, acid indigestion, you're bloated and your stomach hurts. NEVER AGAIN. i managed to lose like 5 pounds in a week like 2 weeks ago just by sticking to my diet and didn't even exercise, so i know i can keep it up if i stay motivated. only 18 pounds until my goal, and 28 until my ultimate goal of 150. Has anyone noticed that when theyre doing well on their diet, its easier to say no to bad food? because i find once i slip up once like on a weekend, its soooo hard to get back into it because i always feel hungry. ahh im a slave to food. k sorry for the rambling lol im in a talkative mood tonight. anyhow keep up the good work guys, and congrats to **SARA** who is doing super awesome :) later chickys
