If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Marshall, Age 17 Ht. 6'0", Start: 200 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Okay I think I might have an image problem. I've lost 20 pounds. It's great! I've gotten so many compliments. But for some reason I feel like I'm back where I started and I really do not know why and I feel like I need to lose another 20 pounds just so I can feel confident again. But what if I continue this and just become like anorexic. I mean...ugh. I think 160 would be great for someone of my heaight though as long as I do it healthy and eat god stuff and exercise daily. You know? I think that's good enough. THat's what I'm going to try and do. I just worry that I might be getting obsessive. |
