Ht. 5'6", Start: 210 lb, Today: 206 lb, Goal: 160 lb - ALSO, set little goals and stick to them, like walking every day for half an hour, or only having one treat per day. It works, I promise. My motivation for today: I can start to see my collarbone again, which I think is so pretty. I want it back to where it was before, so I'm happy it's on its way! :-) Also, try to treat yourself to make yourself feel good. Get your nails done, buy something sexy, give yourself a makeover, get a haircut, whatever! I know people are worried about prom and such, but there's time! Start looking for a dress now, and then you'll feel great when you have to get it taken in when June comes around!
