Ht. 5'3", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hey guys, I was wondering if you think i could lose 25 pounds in 10 weeks? I found this really good article in a fitness magazine and it gave me a diet which i'm hoping to stick to. I'm also going to try to go to the gym almost everyday doing different things to give me a virety (or however you spell it). If anyone has any advice on how they are losing weight or how they did lose weight, it would really help me. thanks =]
