Message Replying To From Laura, Age 15 Ht. 5'6", Start: 230 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey everyone! So i'm sure no one remembers me, but i used to post on here occasionly during the summer and probally before that. Anyways just a quick little about me. As you can see I used to weigh 230 pounds. I'm now down to 175 thanks to exersize and a sensible diet. I'm very happy with the progress i've made but i still have alot more to accomplish. Right now my biggest problem would have to be eating. I eat alot, but I eat pretty healthy. However sometimes I do slip off into these binges for some unknown reason. As far as exersize goes, I've taken up running and am acually running my first 5k at the end of May in memory of a friend who died of cancer in early December, and am starting cross country practice in the summer. I also take cardio kickboxing and pilates classes and spend quite a bit of time at the gym. I don't know what made me think to come back to blubberbusters today, but i'm glad i did. I think it will give me the motavation i need to finish what I've already started. I would love to have a weight loss buddy though. Possibly someone sharing similar stats.
