Message Replying To From Kristen, Age 16 Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Ha im really not 200 pounds but i feel it. I have eaten soo much its not even funny. OKAY GUYS, its time to get right back on track eating right and excersizing. SO for all of you who did bad this spring break, heres a challege that will help you get back on track. Drink three bottles of water a day, excersize three days this week, and eat well, nothing fattening. good Luck i know we can do it |
