Ht. 5'8", Start: 178 lb, Today: 172 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey guys, hows everydoing? Well this is the start of my second week back on track and when i weighed in this morning i am down 6lbs in a week! I know a lot of that will be water-weight but it's still a really good loss, so im pleased with that. Now im hoping i will stay at about a 2lbs loss per week so i can reach 150 by the summer! My eatings been really good the past week, ive not even been remotely tempted to overeat or eat junk food despite the fact there is so much junkfood in my house at the moment. I hope i can keep this going but teh only thing is that my mum and my big sister are constantly arguing 24/7 and its really affecting me cause i feel like im stuck in the middle as its only the three of us in my house and i cant concentrate on my studying or anything when their arguing all the time but i have exams coming up...AGH!! Its so annoying. Anyway just had to get that out there, so stay strong guys. Remember, eat sensibly (you dont even have to 'diet' im not! and exercise 3-5 times per week and the weight will come off <3 Lucee <3
