Ht. 5'4", Start: 130 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Ok so I keep lying. But I actually took action to my words today and did what I'm supposed to. I am so determined to do this, seriously. I wish I had more time before summer, but that's ok. What sucks is that I guess I have a different frame than most because when I was 130 it looked okay, but I still didn't like it so I have to do more toning and exercises. I know some good ones. What are some good exercise routines to tone inner thighs, upper arms, and lower stomach?
