~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 320 lb, Today: 320 lb, Goal: 280 lb - Hey guys! I have been doing pretty good for my 1st week so far, I've been eating more fruit with my breakfast and cutting my meal portions over half and for lunch the same thing and for dinner I have been having just a plate of salad with the works and chopped grilled skinless chicken breast with raspberry vinagrette dressing and cranbery juice. As for my workouts yesterday I walked at a steady but slight fast pace on the tredmill for an hour and 45 minutes and today the same but I cut it down to an hour. For this entire week I am going to walk on the tredmill for about an hour and 45 minutes which is about 3 miles and next week I will begin jogging on the tredmill, I am aiming to lose 20 before school is over May 9th but since I don't have a scale (i'm away at college) I will start testing out some old jeans I could fit when I started college in August and the more I can fit them comfortably the more I see myself losing, wish me luck because I am surrounded by tempting foods lol. Good luck to everyone else!
