Ht. 5'4", Start: 142 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hi guys!! I guess that im not VERY overweight or anything, but i still need to loose 15 or so pounds. i need tips on exercsing. im very busy though. i cant exercise 7 days a week and prob. not even 5. i wish i had more time. im gonna cut sweets out of my diet (or try). i drink tons of water already. tips?
