Ht. 5'2", Start: 200 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Hey guys i'm gonna start by doing my hour long exercise dvd every night and eating healthier, do u guys think this is ok? In the morning before school i'm going to eat some strawberries, for lunch i'll have cheese sandwich made with wholemeal bread, usually it will be a ham sandwich but we don't have any until tomorrow! For dinner will be like pasta with a tomato sauce! Dessert will probably be strawberries and if i get peckish at night while i'm watching tv i'll have 1 cup of tea with low calorie sugar! Please ive me your opinions!
