Ht. 5'7", Start: 191 lb, Today: 172 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Ok so today I walked around my town from 3:10 to 5:45. I might go play soccer with my brother later I haven't decided yet. But my eating wasn't too well. I had fries, 4 mini meatballs and 2 baby cheese sticks. Not too good today. I will make it up tomorrow. I'm going to do 50 crunches later and 15 push ups before i go to bed. If u have ne more ideas for me please tell me thanks =]
