Ht. 5'6", Start: 221 lb, Today: 214 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hey guys!! Well up until I was around 12, I was a hardcore gymnast so I was in great shape, then I quit because I had no time to do anything bc I was training so much. Now i've lost7 pounds in about a month, and thats with working out 4-5 times a week for at least an hour. I haven't been eating the greatest which is why the weight isn't coming off as quick as it should. I have a personal trainer who is my life saver=) He's my dad's friend that i've known forever and he's amazing and keeps me motivated, but he's also hard on me which is good. I just wanted to tell all of you out there that YOU CAN DO THIS. Put your mind to it and you'll be able to achieve anything!! Don't deprive yourself of your favorite foods, jsut have them in moderation because if you deprive yourself, you'll be more likely to binge later on.
