Ht. 5'5", Start: 151 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Can someone please tell me if i really screwed up? This morning i purposely woke up early and went out for a half hour jog/walk.(i usually gor for 20 minute jogs after school, but i thought id make it a little longer today)So i got back home, felt great, and still had to eat breakfast. my dad comes in the house with doughnuts and i was really gonna make an excuse not to have any, but then he says "i was walking out of the shop when i realized i didnt get your favorite kind! so i went back in and bought some." How do i say no to that?!? that would just be mean. So i had one doughnut (opposed to usually having 2 in the past) and drank the cappuccino he bought me. cause i just couldnt say no. now i feel really disgusting. I'm planning on eating a piece of fruit for lunch and a few bites of whatever my mom makes for dinner. did i totally screw up my day/week? I was doing good all week. :( I feel like my jog was pointless now.
