Ht. 5'4", Start: 130 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Ok so I finally started this past Monday and I was doing great as far as food goes but unfortunately (odd word to describe this) my birthday was yesterday so I pigged out, had a cheat day so to speak and some of my cake was still left over so I decided I should start eating healthy and exercising again but Im allowing myself to eat the cake today. It still sucks when you know you've done bad. I just really really really want to be back to 130 again. Like sooo much. And I will! I just hope I can do it in like 2 months...I mean ok I'm having 3 healthy meals per day and I'm exercising an hour per day by walking for 30 minutes and then doing inner thigh lifts, shadow boxing, reverse walking crab, double straight legged stretches and pelvic thrusts for like another 30 minutes. I just want to be bikini body ready for my boyfriend. Anyone up for a bikini challenge? Who can make the most progress by summer-June 12th? We could report back every week. I'm up for it if anyone else is :)
