Message Replying To From Mikayla, Age 17 Ht. 5'5", Start: 195 lb, Today: 201 lb, Goal: 120 lb - So I seriously thought I would lose like 10 pounds this week. I went vegan, ate less and healthier, and I ran over a mile daily, and then followed that by weight lifting and very long walks. But NO! I gain 4 pounds. And I highly doubt its the whole "muscle weighs more than fat" schpeal that everyone always tells others. |
