Ht. 5'5", Start: 165 lb, Today: 149 lb, Goal: 119 lb - Hey, i have a bit of advice. when you're dieting or eating less than what u need so lose weight, your metabolism slows down. it is good sometimes(as a way of avoiding plateaus) to eat more well not lots but enough calories to maintain the weight instead of lose so your metabolism will be reboosted helping to stop you regaining weight when you reach your target weight. When you reach your target weight your metabolism may be so slow you have to eat like you're constantly dieting to maintain that weight so i highly recommend this. hope this helps xxx
