Ht. 5'6", Start: 198 lb, Today: 172 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hi my name is melissa, and i just wanted to say that i have been on a diet for about 2 and a half months now and lost 27 pounds! what i have been doing is eating healthy and working out at the gym for 45minutes 4 times a week. it's very exciting to see the results! also i wanted to share some tips: -chew sugar-free gum, when i'm craving something (usually chocolate lol) i justgrab a piece of gum and then i forget about the craving bc im chewing something -drink lots of water (i try to drink about 5 500ml water bottles per day) -don't eat anything four hours before you go to sleep -brush your teeth after dinner to stop yourself from snacking late at night -CRYSTAL LIGHT is a good way to avoid consuming lots of sugar thats in juices -keep a journal of what you're eating! -HAVE A CHEAT DAY! don't completely deprive yourself of snacks bc you will end up binging hope this helps someone a little bit
