Ht. 5'8", Start: 190 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 200 lb - Okaay guys . I need some advice :) . As you can see , i'm tall for my age , and it seems as if i'm not as heavy as i am , but i would like to step on the scale and not feel so dissapointed afterwords . First off , i need a good goal weight . Next , i need motivation . After that , well , i need to start . Haha . Kaay , so if anyone knows what would be a good goal weight for me , i'd like to have a round-about idea . Once school is over , me and my friend are going to start jogging together , and i will eat better . But i'd like to start ASAP . Please answer back whenever possible ! :) Thaanks !
