Ht. 5'1", Start: 210 lb, Today: 210 lb, Goal: 156 lb - To (YO):All you have to do is log on to the website every week and record your starting weight,current weight, and your goal weight.Also you can tell the rest of the weight loss challengers what strategies you used to lose weight or anything that you would like to add to the bulletin board.The goal is to see how much weight we lose during and summer and to get the motivation that we need to reach our goals.Good Luck and if you need anymore information just post a message on the bulletin board.
